Place a suitable amount of charcoal in the charcoal-starter and place creased paper underneath. Place the starter in the BBQ and light the paper. It is very important that the starter is handled with care since it is getting quite hot during the process. The starter is constructed with two rotating wooden handles; this enhances safety and eliminates the danger of burns. After 15 minutes the coals are ready and the BBQ can begin.
